Membership criteria
Members are businesses, not-for-profit organisations, partnerships, 或者专门为非营利组织提供咨询服务的个人. 它们是根据法律建立的，或由欧洲国家的其他适当的监管当局以其他方式承认.

Membership categories
Regular Members are Full, Associate or Provisional Members, 视乎规定的任期长短及行政长官的经验而定.
正式成员-成立至少五年的专业咨询或行政长官有至少十年的非牟利咨询或管理经验, of which at least three have been in consulting.
准会员——在非营利咨询领域连续成立至少两年. 准会员享有正式会员的所有权利和责任，但不具备成为董事会成员的资格.

Membership fees
Annual membership is charged at the following rates:
- €325 – sole traders
- €485 – 2-3 employees
- €650 – 4-9 employees
- €975 – 10 or more employees.
For sole traders and consultancy firms with their main office in the CEE region, there is a special rate of €110 (subject to regular review by the 凯时注册用户 Board).
Approval procedure
Applicants are required to give the names of a proposer and a seconder on the application form. 申请人应该是申请人在成员组织中认识的人. The seconder can also be a member of 凯时注册用户, 否则，他们应该是最近或目前的客户，并应该包括在客户推荐人的列表中. 如申请人不认识成员名单上的任何成员联系人(或任何成员机构的另一名顾问), then the applicant should contact the Membership Secretary.

- references are obtained from the client referees.
The Board then makes the final decision.
